Yes. Customers must have a Google or Facebook account.

Are the cards compatible with all smartphones?

Not to worry, you can capture customers without NFC enabled phones with Reputigo's review collection software for free.
What are smart links?
Links that immediately direct your customer to review prompt areas on your respective review platforms. This makes it easy for your customer to leave a review -- they no longer have to look for your listing.
What is direct customer feedback?
An option for your customer to send you a private message. This is not a public review.
What happens to my card after the free one month subscription ends?
Your review card will work as normal. Customers can still tap to easily leave a Google review.

You will not be charged after the one month free trial of Reputigo's review management software, unless you decide to continue. You just lose access to Reputigo's features like automated review campaigns, direct customer feedback, and more.
